Dissertation Wizards strives for 100% consumer satisfaction goal!

Our unlimited Revisions and amendments feature enables you to improve the free of charge by replying on the same "Order Delivery" email sent by us. In case of any duplicate charge due to processing error, failing to fulfill any of your specified guidelines or if we fail to complete your task as per the delivery policy, a complete refund of the order amount will be refunded. In case of any dissatisfaction from any task provided by DissertationWizards , you can request for a refund within five business days of the "Order Delivery" email from us. However, it shall be assumed between both parties that you are satisfied with your order if a refund request is not received within five days of initial task delivery. For any PROOFREADING/URGENT orders the refund will be applicable after the finance department reviews the refund case as per the companies policy.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

  • If request for refund is made before the order delivery, you would be eligible for Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • If request for refund is made within 48 hours of receiving the "Order Delivery" email from us, you would be eligible for 66% refund (less 12% service & processing fee).
  • If request for refund is made between 48- 120 hours of the "Order Delivery" email from our side, you would be eligible 33% refund (less 12% service & processing fee).
  • No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of receiving "Order Delivery" email from our side, however since we encourage students to let us know if there are any type of concerns with the paper sent through us.

All refund requests should be communicated to the "Customer Support Department.

AcademicHelps does not stand against any jurisdicail inquries as per our privacy policy, However based on the user agreement, AcademicHelps reserves the right to approve/disapprove the request for a refund on individual and case to case basis.

  • Our foremost priority is to resolve all concerns immediately by virtue of our "Revision Policy" , otherwise we will send you an email with confirmation for the refund request through our finance department and your payment will be reflected in your account within the next 4-6 working hours. After the issuance of a refund all the rights to the delivered task are reserved by DissertationWizards hence the consumer won't be allowed to use any task in their academic solutions. Please be clear that:

  • "Since the rights for the usage of the delivered task would now be transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product or media, nor will you have any ownership interest or intention to use the task as your own in or to the same."

    Working alongside collaboration with the Government Copyright and Law Enforcement Agencies DissertationWizards would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded task as to run the refund process ensuring that it would restrict the re-use of the delivered papers in the future.
